Center for Women Entrepreneurs & Entrepreneurship Education Metropolitan State University's program provides practical advice and support to entrepreneurial women in the growth stages of their business through education, enhanced decision-making skills and access to capital. International Institute for Women Entrepreneurs Created by the College of St. Catherine to help women entrepreneurs grow their business and develop their professional and personal lives. The Institute provides mentoring, training, research, seminars and more. Minnesota Business Women Working women working together to promote personal empowerment, professional development, and political awareness for the women of Minnesota. For 90 years members throughout the state have benefited from networking, skill building, education, and leadership development. SCORE Women Entrepreneurs The service of retired entrepreneurs can help you understand the resources, opportunities and allies available to assist you as you build and grow your business. Women's Business Development Center - MN (WBDC-MN) Provides the Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certification to majority-owned women's businesses in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The WBE Certification is national in scope and issued by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). It is accepted by over a thousand major corporations and public agencies in the country. In addition, the WBDC-MN offers training, mentoring, networking, and business development opportunities to WBEs. WomenVenture The local agency provides consulting and training in business development, career transitioning, non-traditional occupational training, education, and mentoring in order to assist women in securing their own economic success and prosperity. |
