Connect e-Newsletter
Promote your business to over 1650 (and growing!) registered Women In Networking friends and members who are active subscribers to WIN's newsletter, Connect.

Ad Specs:
  • A prominent 200 (length) x 110 (height) pixel image OR up to 50 words
  • A hyperlink to your website
This is a great way to promote your business, new product or service, sale or special event!  

Members: $25 for one issue or $60 for three issues
Friends: $40 for one issues or $99 for three issues
Need a newsletter ad designed for you?
Design charge: $55 (Members)/$95 (Friends)
Need a slightly larger ad? The newsletter is able to accommodate taller ads (but not wider). If your ad is over 110 pixels high, the rate to run your ad will be in ratio to the size of our standard ad space. For example, if your ad is approximately 1.5 times the height of the standard ad, the cost is multiplied by 1.5.


*Typically two issues are sent out each month with the exception of one issue each month in summer. We recommend reserving several issues for building brand recognition.

Networking Event Sponsor (Breakfast, Luncheon or Speed Networking)

Networking event sponsorship provides a significant marketing opportunity for any business. In order to provide you with optimal brand exposure, event sponsorship includes:
  • WIN events are consistently marketed to women in business. We utilize our own database (over 1650) and regularly submit our event information to local publications and calendars
  • Your business brand is listed as event sponsor the WIN website events page for one month prior to the event
  • Your name, logo and brief description will be hot linked from the WIN website to your website
  • Your sponsorship will be announced in WIN's Connect newsletter-- issue prior to the sponsored event
  • You will be offered the option of having a showcase table and/or you may provide your marketing material to all event attendees at their place settings
  • You have the option to collect contact information of attendees by offering a prize drawing related to your product or service
  • Your business will be announced and graciously thanked as a featured WIN event sponsor
  • You will have up to three minutes to address all event attendees
  • Your sponsorship also includes your price of admission (for one person) at the sponsored event

Friends: $210

Showcase Table

Bring added attention to your business through a showcase table at a WIN networking event (Breakfast, Luncheon or Speed Networking, not the conference which has different pricing for Expo tables).

  • Promote your services or products
  • Meet event attendees
  • Encourage visitors and collect contact information from attendees by providing an incentive or hosting a prize drawing
Most WIN events are able to accommodate only one showcase table (Event Sponsorship, detailed above includes a showcase table and includes additional visibility). A showcase table is in addition to your event registration.

Members: $50 
Friends: $75

Advertise on every primary page of the Women In Networking website.  We are often found online, via Google searches by women looking to network!  Reach Twin Cities-area professional women and beyond looking to do business with you.

Ad Specs:

  • A prominent 175 (length) x 100 (height) pixel image
  • A hyperlink to your website
  • Reach thousands of Twin Cities-area professional women every month
Categories will own exclusivity during sponsorship.

Members: $360 for 6 months or $600 for 12 months (add 25% for guaranteed top-of page placement)
Friends: $480 for 6 months or $800 for 12 months (add 25% for guaranteed top-of page placement)

Marketing Materials

Get your marketing materials into the hands of women in business at WIN's regular networking events (Breakfast, Luncheon or Speed Networking, not the conference). Items to consider bringing: a flier, a coupon, a sample or a promotional gift you'd like to share.

Members: No charge when you have registered for the event in which you are distributing your materials/$15 if you are unable to attend and would like to provide your materials to WIN staff to distribute on your behalf.
Friends: Currently not available to non-members with the exception of Event Sponsors
